Chubb   Chubb is the Official Insurance Carrier of US SAILING.

US SAILING and Chubb have worked together for several years to provide US SAILING organizations with comprehensive insurance packages. The highly successful Burgee Program, which provides sailing organizations with a full range of insurance options to run regattas, borrow boats, teach sailing, weather storms, and much more, is currently used by more than 600 yacht clubs across the country.

The Chubb Corporation was formed in 1967 and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1984. It ranks among the top 10 publicly traded insurance organizations based on revenues in the United States. With more than 10,000 employees throughout North America, Europe, South America, and the Pacific Rim, Chubb serves property and casualty customers from more than 130 offices in 31 countries. Chubb works closely with 5,000 independent agents and brokers worldwide.

For 126 years, Chubb has stood for outstanding claim service, integrity and financial strength. We underwrite conservatively and invest prudently. We do not believe in jeopardizing the company's financial strength by engaging in risky strategies to reach for higher premium growth and investment returns. Our
investment portfolio has zero exposure to subprime mortgages, and we had the foresight to exit the credit default swap business in 2003, as described on Page F-27 of our 2007 Form 10-K.

Chubb's financial results stand out in the industry. Amid the losses reported by some others in the first half of 2008, Chubb had net income of $1.1 billion. We are in the business of assuming risk, but we are also in the business of prudence. An insurance policy is a promise to pay, and we take our promises
seriously. That is why we guard our financial strength so zealously.

In today's market, Chubb's conservatism is looking better and better.

For more information on Chubb please visit www.chubb.com.
