- Hardesty and Tunnicliffe Honored at US Sailing’s Rolex Yachtsman and Yachtswoman of the Year Ceremony Feb. 22, 2012 – The sailing accomplishments of Bill Hardesty (San Diego, Calif.) and Anna Tunnicliffe (Plantation, Fla.) were celebrated today at US Sailing’s Rolex Yachtsman and Yachtswoman of the Year Awards in San Francisco.

- US Sailing Extends Sponsorship with Leading Scotch Brand Old Pulteney November 30, 2011 – US Sailing, the National Governing Body of the sport, has officially extended their sponsorship agreement with Old Pulteney, a leading single malt Scotch whisky brand. Old Pulteney became the official Scotch of US Sailing when the two parties signed the initial sponsorship deal in April of 2011.

Williams and Blumenthal finished seventh and fifth in the final day to win by a six point margin.

She finished fifth last year and sixth in 2009. McGlynn raced past the field of 56 to win her first Nancy Leiter Clagett Memorial Trophy on Thursday.

- U.S. Junior Women’s Singlehanded Championship 2011 Preview June 22, 2011 - A competitive fleet of 56 youth sailors are preparing for US SAILING’s 2011 U.S. Junior Women’s Singlehanded Championship, hosted by Richmond Yacht Club in Point Richmond, Calif. The first of three days of racing in Laser Radials on San Francisco Bay starts on Tuesday, June 28 and concludes on Thursday, June 30.
- Struble Wins Record Fourth U.S. Multihull Championship June 18, 2011 - Skipper Matt Struble won his fourth Hobie Alter Trophy Saturday afternoon on an exciting final day of racing at US SAILING’s U.S. Multihull Championship. Struble and crew Damon Lacasella withstood a late push from Taylor Reiss and Matthew Whitehead to claim the title.
