It’s Later Than You Think - We typically recommend opening registration for regattas & events 8 to 12 weeks before the event date. This lead time gives your participants time to schedule your event into their calendar and allows the organizer time to approach potential sponsors about your event. Most national sponsors require 6 to 8 weeks to evaluate a sponsorship proposal, so it’s never too soon to start planning for your next event.

Your Event Organized - US SAILING Regatta Network has created the tools that simplify on-line registration and event management for yacht clubs from coast-to-coast. Our system was designed by sailors for sailors, over the past year we’ve processed over 20,000 registrations for 440 regattas, camps, events and classes.

All the functionality is built into web applets that are easily integrated into your website, so all registration and event information remains branded for your club or event. And since all data is stored in the database, it's easily exported for direct mail or email marketing for this or future events.

There is no software to buy, no set-up fee, no hosting fees, no credit card fees, no merchant account fees -- just a simple low percentage of registrations, meals or merchandise orders processed through the system. Whether it is a local series race, a junior sailing camp, or a national championship regatta, US SAILING Regatta Network can make your event run more smoothly from start to finish. For more information, please call (866) 987-2638 or email taylor@regattanetwork.com.
